Jim has worked in the industry since 1994 and joined Father and Son in 2024, living in Gulf Breeze after being born in Forrest City, AR and raised mostly in St. Louis, MO. He enjoys being able to work outside year-round, even in the heat. An accomplished runner, he's completed 8 marathons, one 50k ultramarathon, and roughly 20 half marathons. He'd tell a friend the atmosphere is laid-back and stress-free: "No drama."
