Matt joined Father and Son Pest and Lawn Solutions in 2022 and serves as Operations Manager. Originally from Ely, United Kingdom, he enjoys being part of a team where he is encouraged to make decisions, drive positive change, and help the company continue improving.

One of Matt’s favorite parts of working at Father and Son is the opportunity to work alongside great people while continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally. He describes the company as a place where you can work hard, build friendships, challenge yourself, and keep improving.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, watersports, exercising, traveling, and taking on projects around the house.
