Shane joined the industry and the company in 2024, living in Milton, originally from Honolulu, HI. His favorite part of the job is the people: "It's more like family than just a bunch of coworkers." He's lived all over the globe and can adapt to almost anything. Outside of work, he spends time with family and friends, enjoys cookouts, beach trips, and hanging out with his dog. He'd tell a friend: "If you can show up and get the job done, you'll advance. Everyone is easy to get along with and willing to lend a hand. You won't be just another number."
